Description

You will undergo a three-year training program focused on back-office operations within an international IT environment. You will rotate through business administration, human resources, and accounting while completing assignments at locations in southern Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone systems, email correspondence, and appointment calendars.
• Process invoices, contracts, and correspondence.
• Administer the vehicle fleet and organize company events.
• Support consultants with daily administrative tasks.
• Execute tasks across business administration, HR, and accounting functions.

Required Skills

• Intermediate school leaving certificate, high school diploma, or university entrance qualification.
• Very good written and spoken German proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills.
• Basic commercial understanding.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably within a team.
• Capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
