You will manage candidate interactions and support the end-to-end hiring process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with candidates to assess fit and interest.
• Make decisions on candidate progression throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support the broader hiring team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Adhere to night shift schedules as required by operational needs.
