This is a 6-month trainee role based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, requiring immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full cycle of recruitment processes.
• Utilize analytical and organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Foundational understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
• Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship experience in HR or marketing.
