Description

You will own the training lifecycle for KPO processes, covering new hires, existing staff, and individual coaching.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs based on operational needs identified by the team.
• Create individual coaching plans, resources, and orientation schedules for diverse learner levels.
• Conduct training sessions, quality calibration, and mentoring activities to ensure process adherence.
• Plan and execute assessments at a pace that reflects trainee progression using virtual or on-the-job methods.
• Maintain centralized training records and review training materials quarterly for accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating training documentation and resources.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to adapt training approaches to individual needs.
• Experience coordinating training logistics and maintaining completion records.
• Ability to develop outcome improvement resources and integrate support into routine job functions.
• Flexibility to handle varied training scenarios and stakeholder inputs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the KPO or BPO sector.
• Familiarity with quality calibration frameworks.
