You will lead training and development initiatives as a process trainer.
Responsibilities
- Execute training and development programs within the staffing function.
- Act as a process trainer to ensure operational standards are met.
- Manage employee training lifecycles from design to implementation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in training and development.
- Proven expertise in Instructional Design.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Training protocols.
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes.
- Working knowledge of Databases.
- Strong communication skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
