Responsibilities

  • Execute training and development programs within the staffing function.
  • Act as a process trainer to ensure operational standards are met.
  • Manage employee training lifecycles from design to implementation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in training and development.
  • Proven expertise in Instructional Design.
  • Hands-on experience with Employee Training protocols.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes.
  • Working knowledge of Databases.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Any Graduate degree.
