You will manage the development and execution of in-person, remote, and hands-on training programs for all employees.
Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies, including blended learning, eLearning, and multi-modal documentation such as videos, user guides, and wiki pages.
Lead training teams to develop course curriculum, structure, and delivery methods for technical and back-office staff.
Produce end-to-end training videos, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and managing cloud uploads and viewership monitoring.
Conduct group training sessions and large auditorium presentations to build technical expertise across the organization.
Collaborate with executive management and business teams to align training solutions with operational needs and business objectives.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in training and development or related roles.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business requirements.
Ability to translate technical software development language into user-friendly terms.
Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint 11, and WebEx.
Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience using Udemy, LinkedIn, and W3Schools for training resources.
Proven ability to manage training evaluation through surveys and feedback collection.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
