Description

You will design and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies, including blended learning, eLearning, and multi-modal documentation for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop course curriculum and delivery methods for technical and back-office staff.
• Produce end-to-end training videos, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and cloud upload management.
• Lead training teams to structure learning paths and monitor viewership metrics.
• Conduct group training sessions and large auditorium presentations to build technical expertise.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback collection mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in training and development or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business requirements.
• Ability to translate technical software development language into user-friendly terms.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint 11, and WebEx.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience leveraging Udemy, LinkedIn, and W3Schools for training resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing training evaluation through structured surveys and feedback loops.
