You will design and deliver training content to support organizational initiatives and business units.

Responsibilities

• Create instructional content, job aids, tips, and templates for employee learning.
• Develop curriculum and training materials tailored for adult learners.
• Facilitate live virtual meetings and in-person training events.
• Research and document technical processes to maintain up-to-date resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build effective learning modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum design and training material development.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Articulate 360.
• Strong technical writing and content development skills.
• Knowledge of the NC Medicaid Program.
• Experience managing classroom and online presentations.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Ability to meet strict timelines and maintain professional responsiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Webex.
• Experience with SharePoint page administration, MS Teams, training videos, microlearning, and voiceover tools.
