You will coordinate training operations and learning initiatives for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate training sessions and support learning activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and external training providers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align training programs with business goals.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Training Coordination or Learning & Development.
• Proficiency in Training Need Analysis.
• Experience in Vendor Management.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with Training Operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
