Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs.
• Facilitate learning sessions for staff.
• Manage day-to-day L&D operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs.

Required Skills

• Experience with Training Programs design and execution.
• Strong skills in Coordination and logistics.
• Proficiency in Facilitation techniques.
• Knowledge of L&D principles and best practices.
• 3+ Years of professional experience in a similar role.
