Description

You will manage ERP training content development and business process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in existing training materials and update documentation to maintain accuracy.
• Research new training requirements in collaboration with Process area Subject Matter Experts.
• Develop process flows for business processes across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with Process and Plant teams to ensure all training needs are met.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to act as or work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME).
• Experience developing business process flows.
• Background in training content development and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
