Description

You will manage end-to-end training programs focused on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies for partners and customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scalable training initiatives covering Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI APIs.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, trainer assignments, and post-training analysis for stakeholders.
• Conduct technical evaluation calls to assess prospective trainers on their expertise in Azure and AI.
• Build and maintain a network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI.
• Oversee the distribution of technical materials such as Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project coordination or program management within technical cloud computing or the training industry.
• Working knowledge of Azure services, specifically Azure Machine Learning and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Experience with OpenAI integration within the Azure ecosystem.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis for training reporting.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to articulate complex cloud and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
• Capacity to work in a 24x7 global environment to support international time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with a technology training company or educational organization.
• Immediate or short notice availability (within 7 days).
