Description

You will manage end-to-end administrative and coordination processes for training sales and learning credit transactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create training opportunities in MS Dynamics and process quote requests in SURF.
• Validate account details, billing information, discounts, and learning credit amounts with sellers and customers.
• Coordinate with Training Sales Ops to complete, approve, and sign order forms and purchase orders.
• Submit signed documentation into the system to close deals and ensure opportunity closure.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding transactions, learning paths, and learning credit usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting sales representatives and sales territories.
• Background in Sales or Inside Sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working within a CRM system.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and listening skills.
• Ability to read and write English proficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing learning credit purchase requests and intake processes.
