Bridge the gap between technical system functionality and user proficiency by developing comprehensive training resources and documentation. You will gather business requirements, analyze systems, and define workflows to support implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze old and new systems to define functionality and gather business requirements across program areas.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be workflows, detailed job aids, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Create and update training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and instructional manuals.
• Script, storyboard, and produce high-quality training videos using multimedia software.
• Plan and host webinars to educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and system functionality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry performing Business Analysis and training activities.
• 8+ years facilitating requirements and communicating with business programs and end users.
• 6+ years analyzing systems to develop requirements, workflows, and functional documentation.
• 6+ years creating job aids and documentation for system utilization.
• 4+ years demonstrating new or enhanced functionality to diverse audiences.
• 4+ years of proficiency in video editing and e-learning software/tools.
• 4+ years developing and implementing training plans.
• 4+ years developing and conducting training classes for new product functionality.
• Ability to analyze and interpret regulations, policies, and complex system functionality.
