You will design and implement recruitment strategies to support program growth and engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct recruitment needs assessments via surveys and focus group discussions.
• Provide training and technical assistance to programs for effective strategy implementation.
• Execute outreach and engagement efforts with colleges, universities, and community organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven networking and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience managing recruitment platforms and digital tools (e.g., Handshake).
• High attention to detail and strong time management.
• Ability to work ethically and adapt to changing program needs.
• Availability for a part-time schedule of approximately 25 hours per week.
• Requirement to attend all staff and commission meetings in person.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AmeriCorps programs.
• College degree.
