Description

You will develop and deliver technical training for critical operational systems, ensuring staff proficiency in HASTUS and Trapeze. This role owns the creation of training materials and the alignment of training goals with migration timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, videos, and CBT resources.
• Acquire deep knowledge of HASTUS to support ongoing operational training.
• Assess training program effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Digital Modernization teams, and HR/Payroll to align training goals.
• Deliver training aligned with the migration timelines for Bus and Rail divisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years in technical training content development and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Trapeze and/or HASTUS systems.
• Proven ability to create training content for key systems like HASTUS and Trapeze.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve training-related issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public transit or rail/bus operational environments.
• Familiarity with digital modernization projects.
