You will manage the end-to-end training lifecycle for new product functionality and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Create job aids detailing new system functionality.
• Produce training plans aligned with release schedules.
• Develop and conduct training classes for new features and product enhancements.
• Demonstrate functionality during Champion meetings and User Acceptance Testing sessions.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience creating job aids.
• 8 years of experience developing and implementing training plans.
• 8 years of experience developing and conducting training classes for new or enhanced product functionality.
• 8 years of experience demonstrating functionality to diverse audiences.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with web-based learning management systems.
• 2 years of experience with eLearning authoring tools.
