Description

Provide Level 1 and 2 support for the TrakSYS MES application, ensuring system uptime and resolving data discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot TrakSYS configurations, including modules, services, and workflows.
• Query and analyze TrakSYS SQL Server databases to identify root causes and resolve data-related issues.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with ERP (SAP), WMS (Blue Yonder), and PLCs (KepServer OPC).
• Handle incident management and service requests via ServiceNow, tracking SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate fixes with development, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams while maintaining support documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (version 12 is a plus).
• Strong understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and basic network protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations with SAP, Blue Yonder, and KepServer OPC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident tracking and change logs.
• Experience supporting scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and deployments.
