Description

You will provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancements for TrakSYS-based MES solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the TrakSYS MES application.
• Monitor system performance and ensure continuous uptime.
• Query and analyze TrakSYS SQL Server database tables to resolve data discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with ERP, WMS, and PLC systems.
• Handle incident management and service requests using Service Now.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (version 12 is a plus).
• Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of C#/.Net, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and basic network concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting TrakSYS configurations (Modules, Services, Workflows).

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating fixes across development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
