Description

You provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the TrakSYS MES application, ensuring system uptime and data accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and resolve data discrepancies using SQL Server queries.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with ERP (SAP), WMS (BlueYonder), and PLCs (KepServer OPC).
• Analyze root causes and coordinate fixes with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Manage incident tickets via ServiceNow and maintain support documentation.
• Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with TrakSYS MES (v12 is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with IIS, Windows Server, and basic network concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP and BlueYonder integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with KepServer OPC for PLC integration.
• Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
