Description

You will lead strategic program management within the TMO/PMO function.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale programs from a TMO/PMO perspective rather than IT delivery.
• Drive executive reporting, presentations, and organizational communications.
• Coordinate directly with CXO-level leadership and their direct reports.
• Own budget management processes using PPM tools and reporting frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in PMO or TMO program management.
• Direct experience interacting with CXO-level executives.
• Expertise in executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record in budget management via PPM tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI reporting or process automation.
