Description

Lead strategic program management within the Transformation Management Office, focusing on governance and executive alignment rather than IT delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale programs from a TMO/PMO perspective to ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive executive reporting, presentations, and organizational communications for CXO-level leadership.
• Coordinate directly with C-suite executives and their direct reports to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Own budget management processes using PPM tools and established reporting frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in PMO or TMO program management.
• Direct experience interacting with CXO-level executives and senior leadership.
• Expertise in executive-level reporting and high-stakes stakeholder communication.
• Proven track record in budget management via PPM tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI reporting or process automation.
