Description

Own delivery assurance and data governance for the Functions Transformation Programme. Manage project health, financial tracking, and stakeholder alignment across change teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project data including risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, and financials.
• Analyze program data to monitor progress, benefits realization, and cost to deliver.
• Produce KPI reports and assessments for the Transformation SteerCo and wider governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with Project Leads on the Stage Gate process and transformation lifecycle.
• Review project communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment across impacted groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting large strategic transformation programs in complex environments.
• Proven experience in project assurance, focusing on project health, benefits realization, and dependency management.
• Strong financial tracking skills, including forecasting and comparing actual spend against budgets.
• Expertise in managing risks and controls within a regulated and controlled environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to support program tracking.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders (MD/D Level).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
