Description

Act as the Level 1 Single Point of Contact for NFVI operations and management, leading the team to meet organizational objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Level 1 NFVI team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies for NFVI.
• Monitor system performance and execute necessary improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Level 1 NFVI environments.
• Proficiency with Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift.
• Strong Linux skills across Ubuntu and SUSE distributions.
• Hardware experience with HP, Ericsson, and Dell infrastructure.
• Networking proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and A10.
• Experience with Nexenta and Erista (Pluribus).
• Bachelor's degree in a Telco or IT field.
