Description

You will manage the end-to-end execution of transition plans and transformation strategies for the National Transition Plan across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed transition plans, including task outlines, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
• Monitor transition progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Define transition and transformation strategies based on specific customer requirements.
• Transfer business and technical knowledge to new team members and update service delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Deep understanding of PMI processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex transition timelines and resource allocation.
• Experience performing business analysis and operational planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, Project Management, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Management.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with device and infrastructure break/fix and incident management.
