Description

Own the Configuration Management service, ensuring accurate and reliable CMDB data to support ITSM processes and operational decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex CMDB service delivery, including data quality, CI lifecycle governance, and relationship mapping.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with ServiceNow, infrastructure, and security teams to improve CMDB maturity and align with ITIL standards.
• Establish CMDB governance, standards, controls, and reporting to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve complex CMDB process or data issues through structured problem-solving across technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in configuration management and service delivery.
• Deep expertise with ServiceNow, CMDB, and ITSM processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL standards and configuration practices.
• Proven ability to lead complex service delivery projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing resolutions and analysis for complex problems requiring creativity.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement in business processes.
