You will serve as the Level 1 NFVI Single Point of Contact based onsite in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Level 1 NFVI team to ensure effective operation and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies specifically for Level 1 NFVI operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and execute necessary improvements to maintain service quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operational workflows and compliance.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Level 1 NFVI environments.
- Proficiency with RedHat OpenStack and OpenShift.
- Hands-on experience with Ubuntu and SUSE operating systems.
- Technical knowledge of A10 and Erista (PluriBus) platforms.
- Networking experience with Juniper and Cisco equipment.
- Experience with Nexenta storage solutions.
- Experience with HP, Ericsson, and Dell hardware.
- Professional level speaking proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a Telco or IT field.
