Description

You will serve as the Level 1 NFVI Single Point of Contact based onsite in Madrid.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Level 1 NFVI team to ensure effective operation and achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies and policies specifically for Level 1 NFVI operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and execute necessary improvements to maintain service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operational workflows and compliance.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Level 1 NFVI environments.
  • Proficiency with RedHat OpenStack and OpenShift.
  • Hands-on experience with Ubuntu and SUSE operating systems.
  • Technical knowledge of A10 and Erista (PluriBus) platforms.
  • Networking experience with Juniper and Cisco equipment.
  • Experience with Nexenta storage solutions.
  • Experience with HP, Ericsson, and Dell hardware.
  • Professional level speaking proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a Telco or IT field.
