Description

Provide nursing care and clinical support in a health center during night shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage physician orders by transcribing and ensuring follow-through for adolescent healthcare needs.
• Supervise orientation for new healthcare employees and provide ongoing teaching to current staff.
• Coordinate staffing by managing schedules, resolving conflicts, and handling after-hours call-ins.
• Maintain departmental compliance through accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and outside departments to communicate clinical needs and updates.

Required Skills

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience in staff scheduling and coverage management.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Clinical documentation and record maintenance skills.
