Description

You will provide clinical nursing care and staff supervision during night shifts at a Nashville healthcare center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise orientation for new hires and deliver ongoing training to current staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with vendors to ensure facility coverage.
• Handle after-hours call-ins and secure nursing staff to maintain continuous healthcare operations.
• Transcribe and execute physician orders for adolescent patients and prepare records for clinic visits.
• Monitor healthcare department supplies and maintain documentation for clinic compliance.

Required Skills

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience in staff scheduling and personnel management.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Experience collaborating with physicians and managing clinical records.
• Ability to communicate with outside departments to resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with adolescent patient populations.
• Background in healthcare vendor coordination.
