Description

You will manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of the Wall Street Suite (WSS) system to support treasury and cash management needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and monitor WSS, including new entity setup, accounting module configuration, and month-end close processes.
• Design system solutions for treasury and cash management by collaborating with business partners.
• Investigate and resolve application defects related to transaction processing, cash settlements, and accounting.
• Maintain configuration, testing, and approval documentation to satisfy internal control structures and audit requirements.
• Translate complex technical processes into simple documentation for end users and summary reports for senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience with a strong accounting background and understanding of accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including V-lookups, data filtering, linking, and if-statements.
• Strong understanding of databases and systems architecture.
• Analytical and inquisitive approach to problem-solving and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with front/middle office traders, accounting, and business users.
• High attention to detail and learning agility for complex system management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Wall Street Suite, SWIFT, electronic payments, or Bloomberg terminals.
• Ability to write SQL queries and experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or Oracle.
• Background in SOX audit, documentation, or treasury operations.
