Own the test automation strategy, framework design, and quality assurance execution for digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Lead implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrate Tricentis Tosca with qTest for test management and Azure DevOps for features and user stories.
• Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team to ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 12+ years of experience in test automation with a primary focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer certification.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Mandatory experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
