Description

You will manage spatial data creation and maintenance within a CAFM environment to support Real Estate and Workplace Technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain polylined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries on master record drawing CAD files.
• Associate drawing objects with spatial information within a CAFM or IWMS environment.
• Maintain the integrity of the global Real Estate building portfolio.
• Provide detailed data-driven analysis to guide Real Estate Strategy decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience using TRIRIGA CAD Integrator software.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience working with 3D Modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Experience with CAD/CAM workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience associating drawing objects to spatial information within CAFM/IWMS environments such as Archibus, FIS, or Manhattan.
