Description

Manage spatial data integrity within a CAFM environment to support Real Estate and Workplace Technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain polylined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries on master record CAD files.
• Associate drawing objects with spatial information within a CAFM/IWMS environment.
• Perform detailed-driven analysis to support Real Estate Strategy decision-making.
• Maintain the integrity of the global real estate building portfolio.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience using TRIRIGA CAD Integrator software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D Modeling.
• Experience with BIM.
• Experience working in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
• Ability to work independently in complex or ambiguous environments.
• B.A./B.S. degree or higher in a relevant field.
