Description

You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to define and implement new customer journeys within the digital portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business stakeholders and provide technical recommendations.
• Document use cases, user procedures, workflows, and high-level design artifacts.
• Create data mapping, process flows, project charters, and detailed requirement documents.
• Partner with project managers to develop project plans, timeline estimates, and status updates.
• Support QA processes by creating QA plans and assisting with testing as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with TSYS.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture, and services within AWS or Azure platforms.
• RHEL/Unix Sys Admin Level 3 knowledge with cloud integration experience.
• Experience managing data feeds and integrations between systems and data platforms.
• Practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for synthesizing complex information.
• Proficiency in data mapping and technical documentation.
