Description

You will design and deliver scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build REST APIs and event-driven systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design caching and messaging architectures with Redis and Kafka MSK.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio, and Argo.
• Manage AWS managed services and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
• Establish monitoring and CI/CD pipelines using Datadog, Splunk, Jenkins, and GitLab.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS managed services and DynamoDB/NoSQL.
• Deep knowledge of caching (Redis) and messaging (Kafka MSK).
• Expertise in container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio, Argo.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, Instana, Prometheus.
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation (Jenkins, GitLab) and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Strong understanding of software security, TDD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with DevOps engineers to deploy cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
