Description

You will architect and scale platform services to improve continuous delivery and developer productivity across the enterprise.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design decisions for Enterprise DevOps products and service offerings.
• Manage TypeScript-based Lambda functions within AWS environments.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Cloud CoE teams to execute a cloud-first strategy.
• Define and oversee architectures that set the technical direction for DevOps across the organization.
• Enable development teams to improve application delivery by applying DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in software architecture, design, and development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 3+ years on a platform team automating DevOps processes.
• 3+ years architecting and implementing fully automated IaC using Terraform in multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including AWS Proton, AWS CDK, EKS, and CloudFormation.
• Experience building and managing container-based systems using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS.
• Experience implementing HashiCorp Vault across DevOps toolchains.
• Knowledge of OpenShift and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with microservices patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, and Domain Driven Design.
• Deep understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
