Description

Lead a team of developers and tech leads to design, customize, and implement IT solutions for wholesale brokerage platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and allocate work for developers, senior developers, and tech leads across various tech stacks.
• Develop and review solution architecture, design, and code.
• Research and propose solutions for cloud data transformation, operational frameworks, and application integration.
• Modernize applications by developing and implementing ways to move workloads to the cloud.
• Collaborate with DevOps, engineering teams, and stakeholders to maintain architectural templates and service catalogs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in TypeScript (mandatory) and PHP.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, XML, and Postgres.
• Proficiency with PubSub, Microservices, and API development.
• Experience with GCP and Azure Cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of web applications, SOA, containers, and managed databases.
• Practical experience in Agile environments using both Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET, SQL, T-SQL, MongoDB, and Java.
