Description

Lead development teams to design, implement, and modernize IT solutions for wholesale brokerage platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and allocate work for developers and tech leads across multiple tech stacks.
• Develop, review, and approve solution architecture, design, and code.
• Research and propose solutions for cloud data transformation, operational frameworks, and application integration.
• Modernize applications by migrating workloads to cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and stakeholders to maintain architectural templates and service catalogs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in PHP.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, XML, and Postgres.
• Proficiency in PubSub, Microservices, and API development.
• Experience with GCP and Azure cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of web applications, SOA, containers, and managed databases.
• Practical experience in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and ITIL frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET, SQL, T-SQL, MongoDB, and Java.
