Description

You will lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for complex, highly integrated projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all UAT activities, including test process management, team coordination, and reporting of test results.
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and reports across multiple projects of varying scale.
• Facilitate the release of system enhancements from development to production by creating processes and documentation to minimize customer impact.
• Coordinate smoke testing, sales environment planning, production refreshes, and master data flow reviews.
• Drive issue resolution by facilitating triage calls between IT teams and business partners.
• Create and maintain UAT metrics, including SLAs and KPIs, and manage the UAT knowledge repository.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as a test lead.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Expertise in multiple Release and Change Management styles, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative.
• Strong understanding of project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
• Ability to review requirements documents to ensure they are testable.
• Experience working on projects with teams located outside the U.S.
• Solid understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices.
• Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to capture lessons learned from business and IT groups.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Understanding of sales and sales operations processes in consumer channel sales or similar environments.
