Description

You will own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution for critical releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT strategies, plans, and test scripts to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities, supervising team members and mentoring them on testing methodologies.
• Perform hands-on testing including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve defects and report on UAT progress, risks, and issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing or Quality Assurance.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing test cases and test scripts.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts, developers, and project managers.
• Ability to identify, track, and report defects and project risks.
• Proven ability to lead UAT activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
• Experience with UAT environment configuration and availability management.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience mentoring junior QA or UAT team members.
• Background in Agile or iterative development environments.
