Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing for a legacy application replacement project involving mainframe and server-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all UAT tasks, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Supervise the interface team and oversee all interface testing activities.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases for QA testing execution.
• Collaborate with Systems Integrators and business SMEs to resolve technical issues.
• Report progress and status directly to Program or Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large testing initiatives in mainframe environments.
• Deep expertise in COBOL, JCL, and VSAM technologies.
• Strong background in web-based environments and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) test plans and scenarios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience supervising interface teams and overseeing testing execution.
• Ability to work with high levels of self-direction and minimal supervision.
