Required Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience testing MMIS or Medicaid enterprise systems.
5 to 7 years of experience leading, coordinating, and executing UAT activities.
5 to 7 years of experience creating, maintaining, and executing UAT test cases.
5 to 7 years of quality assurance and test management experience.
5 to 7 years of report testing experience.
3 to 5 years of experience preparing and executing ETL test cases.
2 to 3 years of hands-on testing experience with Snowflake cloud data platforms.
3 to 5 years of experience with member enrollment, provider enrollment, and provider management processes.
3 to 5 years of experience with claims adjudication, claims processing, and payment-related testing.
3 to 5 years of experience developing test strategies for large, complex business applications.
3 to 5 years of experience working on large multi-vendor projects or cross-functional testing teams.
3 to 5 years of experience working directly with management, business stakeholders, and key program representatives.
Strong knowledge of MMIS/MES business processes and Medicaid program operations.
Strong experience with test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and status reporting.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.
Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps features, workflows, test management functions, and reporting capabilities.
Experience testing web-based applications, data-driven applications, reports, ETL processes, and enterprise business systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and operate with limited supervision.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain testing concepts to executives, managers, business users, and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting program or project management activities.
Experience with enterprise end-to-end testing across multiple systems, modules, and vendors.
Familiarity with automated testing concepts and tools.
Experience advising on RFP-related activities, proposal reviews, or vendor 

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree, typically 5 or more years of relevant IT, QA, testing, or Medicaid systems experience
