Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing for a large-scale system replacement project, managing QA resources and interface testing activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all UAT tasks, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Supervise the interface team and manage all interface testing activities.
• Develop QA test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for complex interfaces.
• Oversee QA testing execution, monitoring coverage, defect identification, and resolution.
• Establish go/no-go criteria for iterations and final production release.

Required Skills

• 7+ years managing large testing initiatives in mainframe, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and web-based environments.
• 7+ years testing complex interfaces and overseeing QA execution.
• 7+ years developing QA test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• 7+ years monitoring testing coverage and defect resolution.
• 10+ years of professional written correspondence and communication experience.
• 10+ years using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 10+ years working with high levels of self-direction and minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
