Description

• Experience: 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a dedicated UAT Lead or Senior QA coordination role.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business process analysis.

• Technical Tools: Proficiency in test management and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or HP Quality Center. SQL or basic backend database knowledge is a strong plus.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business users.

• Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB Acceptance Testing, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
