Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing for complex, highly integrated projects, managing end-to-end release processes and automation strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UAT activities, including test process management, team coordination, and communication of test results.
• Create release processes and documentation to minimize customer impact during changes.
• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and reports for multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Facilitate triage calls and drive issues to resolution with IS&T and business partners.
• Review requirements documents to ensure testability and validate that user expectations are met.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing UAT as a test lead for complex, highly integrated projects.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a must; well-versed in Release and Change Management processes including Waterfall and Iterative.
• Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and gather lessons learned from implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of sales and sales operations processes in consumer channel sales or similar environments.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience working on projects for teams based outside the U.S.
