Description

You own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle for system enhancements and new features, facilitating their release from development to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful release of system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Create release processes and documentation to minimize customer impact during changes.
• Manage end-to-end UAT activities, including test process management, team coordination, and communicating test results.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support release project plans and conduct post-release reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Process Management.
• Experience creating and maintaining UAT scripts.
• Ability to review requirements documents to ensure testability.
• Skill in creating and maintaining test data for UAT scripts.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and reporting UAT metrics, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Familiarity with validating that user expectations are achieved during testing.
