Description

You will manage and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a major multi-year SAP migration, representing the Retail business.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Project manage simultaneous medium-to-large cross-functional UAT initiatives to meet key project milestones.
• Develop and drive comprehensive cross-functional UAT strategies.
• Plan and organize all activities and tasks throughout the UAT planning and execution phases.
• Lead test resources and ensure accountability for the resolution of key issues.
• Collaborate with multiple partner teams to connect workflows and drive project success.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management or testing leadership.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Technical familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of E2E customer journeys and Order to Cash business processes.
• Ability to identify, articulate, and manage UAT risk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proven facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to understand complex integrated systems and downstream impacts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Retail industry domain.
• Experience managing multi-year enterprise migration projects.
