Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination for complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UAT strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to define scope and objectives.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating resolutions with IT teams.
• Lead and mentor UAT business leads through guidance and enablement sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading UAT efforts for complex software projects.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in UAT methodologies and testing software.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and risk reporting.
• Experience using analysis tools to track defects and project progress.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
