Description

Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing lifecycle, driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement UAT strategies, defining entry/exit criteria and test plans aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate test execution across internal teams and vendors, overseeing defect triage, resolution tracking, and impact analysis.
• Design test scenarios and scripts in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and developers.
• Manage UAT environments, data sets, and supporting documentation to ensure readiness.
• Implement test automation strategies and drive continuous process improvement using Agile and DevOps frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA/UAT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in cloud-based SaaS systems, API testing, and system integration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and project lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and validation using BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools including Selenium, Tosca, or Cypress.
• Deep understanding of Affordable Care Act (ACA) and 834 EDI transaction sets.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA, PHI, and PII data handling regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS integration projects, state/federal exchanges, or EDE partners.
• Background in government agency collaboration or performance/load testing coordination.
