Description

Lead the testing lifecycle for Welfare Division systems, ensuring successful User Acceptance, Integrated, and Partner Testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall test strategy, defining team roles, tools, and processes.
• Create comprehensive test plans covering objectives, scope, risks, dependencies, and schedules for specific releases.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, from documentation and tracking to reporting and management.
• Define processes, scenarios, and plans for manual business user acceptance testing and automated load and regression testing.
• Generate status reports and metrics to track progress against testing objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and management.
• Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Test Planning.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Test Strategies.
• Experience with Regression Testing and automated load testing.
• Direct experience working within Scrum Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in release management.
• Ability to define and manage test team member roles.
